At the start of the new training year which offers the new occupa­tional profile of confectionery technologist, the chocolate technology department of Solingen-based Zentralfachsschule der Deutschen Süßwarenwirtschaft ZDS boasts an intriguing new arrival: the Bad Salzuflen-based company and ZDS member Sollich KG has replaced the ZDS‘ existing temperature control unit with a new Sollich Turbotemper® and by doing this delivered a spectacular upgrade of the school‘s equipment.
