To further strengthen its chocolate business, Bühler Group, Uzwil has signed a contract to acquire the German-based Hosokawa Bepex GmbH. Hosokawa Bepex is part of the Japanese Hosokawa Micron Group, Hirakata, with headquarters in Leingarten near Stuttgart, Germany, and an additional production site in Hamburg.
