
Biofach 2023: “Organic” paves the way for ecological transformation
In the “Dry Products Snacks and Sweets” area, visitors will find out what’s new in nuts, dried fruit, chocolate, sweet biscuits and other confectionery, as well as savoury and salty snacks. And in the “Dry Products for Cooking and Baking” section there is information on cereals, pulses and other mill products, but also on bakery products and baking aids as well as edible oils, seasonings and sweeteners.
Organic, plant-based nutrition is becoming increasingly important. At the “Vegan” world of experience, participants can see, smell and taste the variety of products from the exhibitors and listen to impulse lectures. Trend topics such as “Zero Waste” or sustainable packaging will be addressed in the “Unpackaged” section.
With the main theme “Organic. Food sovereignty. True Prices.”, the Biofach Congress offers a global knowledge platform for transformation. As with the one-off Summer Edition 2022, all participants can follow parts of the congress via the digital platform in a livestream. Afterwards, these will be available as video on-demand.
