ISM 2018: attractive and innovative programme at the Swiss Pavilion

Manufacturers of high-quality Swiss chocolate are again especially well represented at the Swiss Pavilion. Alongside traditional chocolate tablets, many flavoured praline innovations and seasonal products will be premiered at the ISM. In addition to well-known traditional specialties, the trade fair program features numerous interesting new developments, which capture the consumer preferences with unusual combinations and ingredients.

As a new cooperation partner of Switzerland Global Enterprise, the Swiss Platform for Sustainable Cocoa will be presenting themselves at the Swiss Pavilion. Representatives from the Platform will use the ISM 2018 as an opportunity to present their concept, objectives and priorities to a broad international audience. The cocoa platform has existed as an association since January 26 th 2018.
