Katjes International increases its holdings in Halloren to 7 percent

Katjes International GmbH & Co. KG from Emmerich, Germany has increased its holdings in Halloren Schokoladenfabrik AG from Halle, Germany up to 7 percent.
Halloren is Germany’s oldest existing active chocolate production factory.. The company is divided into the three sweets business units “Halloren Confiserie”, “Chocolaterie” and “Industry”, including Dutch chocolate coins and Belgian pralines/truffles, produced and marketed in Germany and internationally.

According to the Katjes International press release, Katjes sees the Halloren shareholders, management and employees as “long-term partners” and will support the operation in the continued sustainable and profitable development of its business. Katjes International is bundling strategic Katjes group holdings in western European companies that each have strong established brands in their home countries. Katjes International is a legally independent component, together with its subsidiary Katjes Fassin GmbH + Co. KG, of the Katjes conglomerate group.
