Südzucker increases full year outlook following positive second quarter

 

This earnings reduction is caused by the development in the sugar segment. Against this background of a positive second quarter development, Südzucker now expects for financial year 2015/16 group revenues of € 6.2 to 6.4 (previous year: 6.8) bn and group operating profit to reach € 180 to 230 (previous year: 181) m. The forecast increase is mainly supported by the ongoing positive bioethanol price development.
