Bosch’s two in one biscuit packaging line wins German Packaging Award

Bosch Packaging Technology has received the German Packaging Award (Deutscher Verpackungspreis) in the “packaging machines” category for its innovative two-in-one biscuit packaging system, first presented at Interpack 2014 in Dusseldorf earlier this year. Granted by the German Packaging Institute (Deutsches Verpackungsinstitut – dvi), the award recognizes the breakthrough technology that allows food manufacturers to switch from slug to pile packs and vice versa in less than three minutes. Additionally, product count changes can be completed quicker now than with conventional slug or pile packaging machines.
