The Royal Duyvis Wiener Group is further solidifying its global market position in cocoa and chocolate processing equipment. Starting February 1st, 2014, JAF Inox became the newest member of the Royal Duyvis Wiener Group. With the successful addition of Thouet GmbH with its mixing, conching and powder pulverising technology last year, Royal Duyvis Wiener and F.B. Lehmann were able to round out their industrial size cocoa and chocolate equipment portfolio from raw bean to finished chocolate.
The company JAF Inox was founded in 2008, originating from the Sartori & Pedroso Food Company, a family owned business and manufacturer of gourmet chocolate. The processing equipment for the production of gourmet chocolate was developed and engineered in-house and was unique in the Brazilian market. After this equipment became very popular among cocoa- and chocolate producers in Brazil, the decision was made to change focus from the production of gourmet chocolate to the manufacturing of small scale and sophisticated processing equipment. This company became known as JAF Inox.
Mr. Adriano and Mrs. Arali Sartori Pedroso, have made the company JAF Inox very successful in the past years. As Adriano is handling the daily management, Arali is as head of Technology, responsible for product and process development. She also supports the customers with layouts and gives in-house and on-site training. Moreover, she supports universities, institutes and companies with their R & D.
