New Zealand-based Rainbow Confectionery Rainbow Confectionery has acquired a new production facility in Newcastle. Australia from Metford Confectionery. The new plant will double its capacity, adding to existing volume at its plant in Oamaru, New Zealand. Rainbow Confectionery manufacturers a range of sugar confectionery such as jelly beans, jelly babies and lollipops.
