BIP Candy & Toy acquires What Next Candy

BIP Candy & Toy, based in Roosendaal, The Netherlands, a leading manufacturer and distributor of Children’s Novelty confectionery products, has announced the acquisition of the company What Next Candy Ltd., based in Derbyshire, England, an import and distribution company specialized in children’s, traditional gifting and seasonal confectionery products allowing BIP to enhance its in-store presence in the United Kingdom and Ireland. BIP Candy & Toy will use What Next’s existing organizational infrastructure. BIP Candy & Toy is in the process of integrating the organization into the BIP Group of Companies which, in the mean time, are present in, The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong and now also in the UK.
