LEAF and Cloetta to merge

The confectionery companies LEAF and Cloetta today announced a merger of the two companies. The combined company will take the well established name of Cloetta and become a leading Nordic confectionery company with a strong base in The Netherlands, Italy and Belgium .The new Cloetta will manage a portfolio of iconic brands and have pro forma net sales of SEK 5.7 billion (610 million Euro) and continue to be listed on the Stockholm stock exchange
