Wawi Canada announced the aquisition of Chocolat Jean-Talon Inc.

Wawi Canada, a Canadian Manufacturer of Advent Calendars and Chocolate Molded Chocolates, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Chocolat Jean-Talon Inc. Wawi Canada will assume all manufacturing responsibility for both the Wawi Product Line and the Jean-Talon assortment of fine Easter Products. Regal Confections will be the Sole and Exculive Distributor for both the Wawi Product Line, as well as the Jean-Talon assortment. Both product lines will be sold through the Regal Sales Organization. At the same time, Wawi Canada would like to announce the appointment of Norbert Stock as Coo (Chief Operating Officer) for the new integrated Wawi Canada. Norbert has been with Wawi Canada for the past 12 years. His responsibilities include managing all aspects of purchasing, manufacturing and coordination between the Wawi and Regal Organizations.
