Ferrero protects its chocolates against Chinese imitations

The Chinese Supreme Court ruled in favor of Ferrero, which was in a three-year court battle against a Chinese counterfeiter. The Chinese company Montresor was ordered to stop producing its "Tresor Dore" chocolates, which were similar to Ferrero Rocher.
