Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co. elects Max Grishakov as a new officer
At its meeting, the Board of Directors of Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co has elected Max Grishakov, vice president and general manager of Wrigley Russia, as an officer of the company. According the company’s announcement, since 2004, Grishakov has led Wrigley s rapidly growing Russian business and leveraged his marketing background to weave Wrigley brands into the fabric of every day life in Russia. Under his leadership, Wrigley has become a leading confectioner in this strategic marketplace and driven volume increases that have made Russia Wrigley s third largest marketplace behind the U.S. and China. "Max is a valued member of our leadership team," said Igor Saveliev, Group Vice President and Managing Director -- East/South Europe.
At the meeting the board also declared a regular quarterly dividend of US$0.29 per share.
