Jelly Belly to acquire Ben Myerson

Jelly Belly Candy Co. agreed to acquire Los Angeles-based Ben Myerson Candy, the manufacturer of Christopher s line of chocolates and licensee of Sunkist candies, for an undisclosed price. The deal is expected to close in early November.
