Nappo Dr Helle:insolvent

Insolvency proceedings for Nappo Dr Helle & Co GmbH & Co KG and for Nappo Dr Helle & Co Vertriebsgesellschaft, Krefeld, commenced at Krefeld District Court on April 28th 2006. Eberhard Stock, a solicitor, was appointed interim liquidator. 104 employees are affected by the insolvency. “The main cause of the insolvency was the loss of a major client,” explained MD Berndt Bleser. “We are now going to do everything we can to fulfill outstanding orders and to keep the company going – with a new partner, if need be.” Muesli production (Ellseia) will be continued, confirmed Bleser. Liquidator Eberhard Stock said:”We’re trying to ascertain what kind of perspective Nappo products have on the market and to work out how to save jobs.”
