Storz achieves new ISO 22000 certification

Chr Storz GmbH & Co KG, Tuttlingen, is Germany’s first confectionery company and one of only three food companies to have achieved ISO 22000 certification.According to the German technical inspection company TÜV SÜD, who undertook the audit,ISO 22000 is the only system worldwide focusing on food safety management. The audit involves a comprehensive investigation of all processes. Storz is also IFS certified (achieving 100% on the higher level,98% on the basis level of version 4) and has also received issue 4 BRC certification. High product quality and product safety have always been and will continue to remain top priorities at Storz.
