Jan Vingerhoets

The International Cocoa Organization (ICCO) named Jan Vingerhoets as the new executive director. Vingerhoets, of the Netherlands and currently serving as acting executive director, will officially take up the three-year term on Oct. 1. The group also agreed to remain based in London until 2008, holding off on a potential future move to the Ivory Coast because of the political unrest there.
