Masterfoods France to reduce 243 staff

According to the announced restructuring programme in Europe cut 1,070 jobs in whole, Masterfoods France is to shed 243 staff at four production units in France including the chocolate bar plant at Haguenau, where 74 jobs are to go.
Other French plants, manufacturing petfoods and iced confectionery bars, are also affected while the cutbacks will also extend to the group s IT services subisidiary, ISI which is also located at Haguenau. Masterfoods employs just over 3,200 staff in France.
