According to Tacoma-based newspaper “News Tribune”, Starbucks will offer a cup of chocolate decadence. Next up for the world s coffee giant and its never-ending quest to capture more customers: drinking chocolate.
Starbucks said it will introduce Chantico drinking chocolate in its stores.
"Best described as a drinkable dessert, Chantico has an intense, full-bodied chocolate flavor and a rich, silky texture," the Seattle-based company said in a release. "Imagine drinking a melted truffle," said Michelle Gass, a senior vice president. The drink, which will sell for $2.65 to $2.95, combines cocoa ingredients steamed with whole milk.
