Serbian Holding Simpo invests in sugar confectionery factory

Holding Simpo,Vranje,southern Serbia, is to invest approximately € 5 m in a new factory for sugar confectionery and fruit sweets in Bujanovac. Simpo own chocolate company Simka and wafer specialists Kondiva. According to a company press release 130 new jobs will be created at the factory.The holding group, active in the furniture industry,the food and beverage sector, retailing and transport,employs 7,000 people in all.
