Camille Bloch celebrate 75 years in business

Swiss chocolate manufacturers Camille Bloch,Courtelary, recently celebrated 75 years in business and hosted an event attended by over 200 guests including Josef Deiss, President of the Swiss Confederation and the head of the Federal Department of Economic Affairs.Camille Bloch currently employ 150 people in production,and sales volume in 2003 totalled 2,600 tonnes worth CHF 47 m (€ 30.3 m). 80% of their output is sold in Switzerland.Rolf Bloch,active in the company for 50 years, took advantage of the occasion to announce that his sons Stéphane and Daniel would be taking over the company in spring 2005.
